• As heavy-highway landscape construction contractors, we uniquely understand Embankment Construction, Detention and Drainage, and ROW Fencing requirements;
   

• AVI brings decades of boots-on-the-ground experience (click here) in Landscaping and Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC);
   

• We bring 10yrs Design Services Upon Request (DUR) experience to efficiently deliver projects using 'fast track' design techniques of biddable plans (yes, it's ISO-compliant!);
   

• As a newer firm, we can participate in a P4G Partnership, thus bringing an extra +1PT to your SOI strategy.  
  
   

Phase 3 Construction Management
(IDOT-prequalified in 'Construction Inspection - Special Services'):

• We have on-staff CM Inspectors and DocTechs with IDOT S-14 certification;

  • We can furnish graduate-level 'Summer Interns' between May-Aug for augmented staff.
     

• If needed, (Asst) Resident Engineering (IL-P.E.) to help bolster your Key Role slots!​
   

• Environmental and ESC Field Inspections --> retd. Tollway Engineering staff;
   

• IT/ITS Integration and Telecom/Datacom (Towers) --> unique, specialized experience

• HMA/PCC LEVEL III Materials Coordinator --> staff availability for P/T role
